Well, if--what's the latest story--four (?) cops come to your house and say, these people are going to come in and search your house, I'd guess a lot of regular folks who don't deal much with cops would let them in.

Premeditated murder motivated by revenge is still murder. Only the motive differs. To quote a former Federal prosecutor: "Either you believe in the rule of law or you don't." Based on this article, and comments so far, only 1/8th do. But, hey, these are Americans, so, no surprise.

Here in Texas, they sentence people to *death* all the time "with no physical evidence". If the case had been tried here, I'm sure they would have gotten their conviction, and would have given him a death sentence. That's why TX leads the nation in wrongful convictions.

I read an article explaining how the teabaggers were hacking the DWTS vote in my local paper. There were multiple AP wire stories about it, so all the Republs who are ranting about MSNBC need to get out more.

Regarding the election in MA: The voters of MA already have state health care reform that is about equivalent to the bill that Congress probably would have converged upon. They already voted for reform for themselves and do not care what happens to the rest of the country.
